      About the Role

      We’re looking for a hands-on, driven Maintenance Technician to support our Frankfort manufacturing facility.

      This is a highly hands-on, floor-focused role—ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working directly with machines, and solving problems in real time. You’ll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly through both preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.

      This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory role over time for the right candidate.

      What You’ll Do

      • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment across machining and assembly
      • Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, safety checks)
      • Build and modify fixtures, racks, shelves, and equipment
      • Support engineering with prototypes and sample parts
      • Install and maintain air lines, electrical outlets, and lighting
      • Operate manual machines (lathe, vertical mill) and various hand/power tools
      • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
      • Coordinate and oversee external contractors for repairs or maintenance projects
      • Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
      • Collaborate with production and leadership to resolve equipment issues quickly
      • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

      What We’re Looking For

      Must-Haves

      • High school diploma (technical training preferred)
      • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
      • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
      • Hands-on experience with mechanical repair and equipment maintenance
      • Ability to read manuals, prints, and diagnostic information
      • Experience using electrical testing equipment
      • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong reliability and attendance

      Preferred

      • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
      • Exposure to CNC machines (operation or familiarity)
      • Knowledge of PLC or control systems
      • Welding experience (electric and acetylene)
      • Experience operating lathes and vertical mills
      • Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
      • Technical degree in electro-mechanical or related field

      About the Role

      We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to support operations at our Frankfort facility. This is a high-impact, “do-it-all” role where you’ll manage the full flow of materials—from purchasing and inventory through production support and supplier coordination.

      If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving problems in real time, and being the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly, this role offers strong ownership and visibility across the business.

      What You’ll Do

      • Own daily inventory management, including cycle counts, accuracy, and material flow
      • Manage and process purchase orders, pricing, and supplier communication
      • Receive incoming materials and ensure accurate system updates
      • Create and maintain production work orders to support the shop floor
      • Partner closely with production to ensure materials are available and flow efficiently
      • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock
      • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues and improving performance
      • Support forecasting, MRP planning, and scheduling activities
      • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support Lean manufacturing initiatives

      What We’re Looking For

      Must-Haves

      • High School Diploma
      • 3+ years in supply chain, inventory control, purchasing, or planning
      • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
      • Hands-on experience with:
        • Inventory management / cycle counts
        • Purchasing and POs
        • Material flow or production support
      • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
      • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

      Preferred

      • B.S. Degree (Materials, Supply chain or similar fields preferred)
      • CPIM certification or APICS-related training
      • Exposure to forecasting or production scheduling
      • Advanced Excel or reporting skills
